This post will be updated as new information becomes available

Dear Customers,

I would like to quickly update you on how the CoronaVirus outbreak is affecting our operations. To this point, we are operating very much like we normally would with some adjustments to protect our customers and our team.

Current Availability

Our plan was to enter the camping season at full production. We have met that goal and are currently performing conversions and shipping campers out pretty much on our usual schedule with a full production team. Hopefully this will allow us to continue to supply you as needed despite the interruptions we anticipate.

Future Availability

I have been in contact with our suppliers to determine how we can mitigate any delays or shortages. To date, most of our suppliers are still operating as normal. The impact the Corona Virus has had on worldwide supply chains may impact future product supply, but unlike some in our industry we manufacture our parts in our own facility from bulk raw materials such as fiberglass, resin and carbon fiber. (We do not import campers for distribution, and have very few Chinese sourced components)

We appreciate your understanding if component shortages impact your specific order. We will let you know and suggest alternatives if certain accessories become unavailable.

Our JL camper has started production, and we will reach out to each customer when their specific camper starts production to let you know a shipment date or to agree an installation date.

Personnel Behavior/Travel Limitations

For the indefinite future, we are limiting our in-person travel and customer visits. We are doing this for you and for our team. If you require an in-person visit to our facilities in San Diego for conversion or installation, please understand that we have a specific waiting areas for customers but recommend using our key drop. If you or your family are not feeling 100%, or are unable to travel due to school closures, we will reschedule you.

The upcoming trade show season is already being impacted.

We planned to show off our new and existing campers at these and other shows, but will move forward with a digital launch. Please keep any eye on our social media feeds and our news blog for links to walk-through videos and photos.

I am hopeful that by being diligent and being pro-active, we can limit the impact of this virus. We greatly appreciate your business and loyalty and we will do our best to serve you as we always have. If there is anything, we can do to help you, please don’t hesitate to ask!

All the best and please stay safe!

John Gish
